摘 要:采用正火方法对40Cr钢制曲轴进行热处理,主要研究了曲轴热处理后的抗拉强度、冲击功和显微硬度等力学性能,并采用金相显微镜分析其显微组织。结果表明,经正火热处理后,工件由表及里的抗拉强度逐渐下降,冲击功无明显变化,延伸率略有增加,表层金相组织为铁素体、珠光体和下贝氏体,中层和里层金相组织均为铁素体和珠光体,晶粒度约为8级。In the paper, the normalizing of crank axle made by 40Cr was introduced, the properties including tensile strength, impacting energy and micro hardness were studied. The microstructure was analyzed by microscope. The results indicated that the tensile strength of specimens from the surface to the centre increased gradually, impacting energy changed little, elongation increased a little, the surface microstructure were ferrite, pearlite and lower banite, the centre microstruc ture were {ferrite and pearlite, the microstructure between surface and centre were as same as the surface, grain size was all about rank 8.
