新新贸易理论框架下的FDI理论述评

摘　　要：在国际直接投资快速发展的背景下,传统的FDI理论已经不能很好地解释跨国公司国际直接投资领域的新现象和新趋势。新新贸易理论框架下的FDI理论从微观企业的视角出发,对跨国公司国际投资战略和行为提供了新的理论阐释和实证考察,成为国际经济学研究的前沿领域之一。异质性企业FDI路径选择理论探讨了企业在FDI、出口和国内市场之间的选择,并深入分析了异质性企业FDI的区位选择,相关实证研究很好地支持了理论研究;异质性企业国际生产组织模式选择理论则从不完全契约和交易成本的视角探讨了企业生产组织模式的国际安排。With the rapid development of FDI, many new phenomena and new trends can no longer be explained by the traditional FDI theory. From the view of the micro-level, FDI theory of New-new trade theory provides new theoretical framework and empirical investigations to explain the strategies and behaviors of MNEs, and it developed as a frontier of international economic studies. Path selection theory of heterogeneous firms explains the selection among FDI, export and domestic markets, as well as FDI location choice,and the relevant empirical research provides good support for theoretical research. From the view of incomplete contract and transaction cost, the theory of international production organization pattern selection of heterogeneous firms focuses on the international production organization.
