心脑宁胶囊对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的观察心脑宁胶囊对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响。方法选择老年不稳定型心绞痛患者73例,随机分为两组。两组均接受常规的冠心病二级预防(包括阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀、美托洛尔缓释片、单硝酸异山梨酯)。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上予心脑宁胶囊0.9g,每日3次,治疗6个月。以24h动态心电图对检测出的窦性心律进行HRV的时域分析,分别观察治疗前、治疗后6个月心率变异性相关指标的改变情况。结果两组治疗后心率变异性各指标值均明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组各指标值升高程度明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脑宁胶囊能够在一定程度上改善老年不稳定型心绞痛患者心率变异性,优于单纯冠心病二级预防措施。Objective To investigate the effects of Xinnaoning capsules on the heart rate variability（HRV）in elderly patients with un-stable angina（UA）.Methods Seventy three elderly patients with UA were randomly divided into observation group（n= 36）and control group（n= 35）.Al patients were treated with conventional drug therapy while patients in observation group was treated with Xinnaoning capsules.The parameters of HRV were tested before treatment and 6 months after the treatment.Results The HRV pa-rameters were significantly increased after treatment in the two groups（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was increased more significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Besides the routine treatment,Xinnaoning capsules may play some important and remarkably positive roles in the improvement of HRV in elderly patients with UA.
