摘　　要：调查了国内作者对学术论文发表滞后的期望时间,分析了图书情报类17种核心期刊论文发表滞后情况。通过实证分析得出:我国科技期刊学术论文发表滞后状况与作者期望之间的差距甚远,这不适应网络环境下快速传播学术成果信息的需求。建议采取"一优先,四快速"的对策,缩短科技期刊论文发表滞后时间,加速学术成果的快速传播。The paper investigates domestic author’s expected lag time of academic paper publishing, analyses lag of paper pub-lishing of 17 core periodicals on library and information science. The empirical results show that lag of sci-tech periodical paper pub-lishing is far from author’s expectation, does not adapt to demand of rapid dissemination of academic achievements under network envi-ronment. It proposes countermeasure of “One Priority, Four Fast”to shorten lag time of sci-tech periodical paper publishing and accel-erate dissemination of academic achievements.
