摘　　要：竹叶含有丰富的黄酮类化合物,竹叶黄酮是一种具有多重生理功效的新型天然活性物质,具有高开发应用价值。科学界对竹叶黄酮作了大量研究,本文综述了国内外研究现状,介绍了其生理功效和作用机制的研究进展。同时,对我国的产业化情况及在医药保健品、食品、日化用品等行业的应用现状作了介绍。Bamboo leaves contain a lot of flavonoids. Bamboo leaves flavonoids is a new type of natural active substances with multiple physiological function,it has high development value. The scientific community has done a lot of research on bamboo leaves flavonoids,the domestic and foreign research present situation was reviewed,the research progress of its physiological effects and mechanism of action was introduced. Meanwhile,the country＇s industrialization and the application status of the case in medicine and health products,food,daily chemical products and other industries were introduced.
