摘 要:设计了PBX代用粉体超声成型装置。研究了超声波加载对含能有机复合粉末成型效果的作用,对于直径为200mm、高为60~65 mm的压坯,与相同条件下无超声压制相对比,压坯密度提高了1.79%;声速测试表明,压坯强度有一定增强;CT成像表明压坯均匀性有一定提高;压坯表面温度分布均匀,未出现局部过热现象。研究表明超声波加载技术在较大尺寸含能材料成型过程中对提高成品品质具有促进作用。In this paper, an ultrasonic vibration compacting system is designed in order to mold the PBX substitute materials. The investigation of the effect of ultrasonic vibration during the compressing procession is presented. The sizes of molded sample are 200 mm diameter and 60-65 mm height. The density of ultrasonic molded sample is increased about 1.79% compared that with normal loaded sample in the same condition. The longitudinal sound velocity of the ultrasonic molded sample is also increased and it shows that the strength of the ultrasonic molded sample is enhanced. Its CT images also show that its homogeneity is improved and there is no sign of hotspot on its surface. The results show the advantage of ultrasonic vibration compacting system in the fabrication of relatively large diameter and high quality energetic materials.
