摘 要:高层建筑的基础是整个建筑结构体系的一个重要组成部分,其必须具有较高的承载能力和抗变形能力。桩基础由于具有承载力高和竖向单桩刚度的优点,绝大多数高层建筑都选择了桩基础。本文以厦门市杏林湾营运中心四个地块6栋高层、超高层建筑的基础设计为例,通过分析拟建建筑物的结构特点和场地岩土层特性,对比各种可选桩型的安全性、优缺点、经济性,提出了建筑基础形式进行设计和施工。工程实践表明设计是合理的,可为工程设计提供科学参考依据。The foundation of high- rise building is an important part of the overall architecture of the building,which must have a high load capacity and resistance to deformation. Because of its great bearing capacity and high vertical stiffness,the vast majority of high- rise buildings have chosen pile foundation. In this paper,Taking foundation design of 6 high- rise buildings of Xiamen Xinglin Bay Operations Center for example,by analyzing the structural characteristics and site geotechnical characteristics of the proposed building layer,the safety,advantages and disadvantages,economical efficiency of variety of optional pile types were compared,and the base type was proposed for designing and construction. Engineering practice shows that the design is reasonable,and can provide scientific reference for engineering design.
