体育产业反垄断与规制研究综述

摘　　要：运用文献综述、逻辑分析等研究方法,对国内外体育产业反垄断与规制研究的最新成果进行了梳理和述评,研究认为体育产业反垄断与规制研究集中于法学领域,缺乏规范性经济学分析和定量分析。建议未来应探究体育产业反垄断与规制的本质属性,加强体育产业反垄断体系研究,构建体育产业规制模型。With the research methods such as literature review and logical analysis, it is teased and reviewed the latest research resuits of antitrust and regulation on the sports industry at home and abroad. Antitrust and regulation research have focused on the sports industry of law areas, lack of normative economic analysis and quantitative analysis, in the future,it suggested that essential attribute of antitrust and regulation of the sports industry be explored, to strengthen anti - monopoly system research and construct the model of sports industry regulation.
