摘 要:本文研究了碳纳米管对纺织品还原液中可分解芳香胺的吸附作用。样品按GB/T 17592的方法用柠檬酸盐提取后,加入连二亚硫酸钠将提取液中的禁用偶氮染料还原成芳香胺。之后在含有芳香胺的还原液中加入碳纳米管对芳香胺进行吸附,吸附后的溶液经浓缩后用气质联用仪测定其中的可分解芳香胺,计算吸附率。结果表明:碳纳米管能完全吸附纺织品还原液中的24种可分解芳香胺,吸附率接近100%。该结果为进一步研究纺织品中可分解芳香胺的快速、环保的检测方法提供了基础。This paper studies the adsorption effect of carbon nanotubes on decomposable aromatic amine in the reduction solution of textiles. The samples were extracted with citrate according to GB/T 17592, then the aqueous sodium dithionite solution was added to the extracted liquid so that the banned azo colourants were reduced to aromatic amines. The carbon nanotubes were added to adsorb the aromatic amine. After enrichment, the aromatic amines were tested by GC-MS and the adsorption rate was calculated. The results show that the 24 kinds of aromatic amine in textiles can be adsorbed completely by the carbon nanotubes and the adsorption rate is up to almost 100%.
