摘　　要：盐仓污水处理厂的污泥处理装置中有制氧机、电磁加热器、电热管加热器等成套设备。每套设备用西门子S7-200PLC系列的PLC进行控制。本项目利用国电智深EDPF-NT Plus的EDPF-COMII通讯模块,通过Modbus RTU协议采取Multidrop的拓扑结构的总线对现场制氧机、电磁加热器、电热管加热器的S7-200PLC进行监视和控制,具有节约电缆、点类型扩展性强等特点。Sludge Processing Unit in Yancang Sawage Disposal Plant is composed of several complete equipments,such as oxygenator, electromagnetic heater, galvanothermy tube. Those equipments are controlled by S7-200PLC series PLC.In this project.the EDPF - DCS can control and monitor the oxygenator, electromagnetic heater, as well as galanothermy tube via Modbus-RTU protocol and Muhidrop topology. This solution has many characteristics that can save cables and enhance the expansibility of point.
