摘　　要：介绍了遥测数据精度测量的现状,提出了自由样条拟合技术在遥测视速度数据随机误差建模和估计方法上的应用,阐述了该技术的原理和方法步骤。通过仿真计算证明了自由样条拟合技术在一定程度上提高了遥测数据处理的估计精度,在工程应用方面值得实践和推广。Introduced the general situation on the measurement of precision on data, proposed the application on free spline fitting technology on random error modeling and estimation menthod of telemeasuring apparent velocity data.h expounded the principle,method and steps.It improved by simulatied calculation that free spline fitting technology can improve the estimated accuracy of the telemetry data reduction,and it is worthy of being practiced and promoted on engineering applications.
