摘　　要：文章分析了高速公路人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了加强人力资源管理的必要性,介绍了湖南武靖高速公路建设开发有限公司人力资源管理的具体措施以及实施效果。This paper analyzes the problems existed in the human resource management of expressway,puts forward the necessity of strengthening human resources management,and introduces the specific solving solutions and the implementation effect of human resource management in Hunan province,Wugang-Jingzhou expressway expressway construction and development company limited.
