摘 要:针对化工产品的特殊性,采用射频识别技术建立控制系统,用于对危化品运输车辆和产品仓储实现实时监控。考虑化工生产中安全的重要性,针对各项生产参数的监测不及时、不能实时报警的问题,建立基于物联网的监测系统进行实时监测预警。利用物联网技术提升企业的自动化管理水平,从而使整个化工企业成为集安全、生产、监测、预警于一体的综合网络管理系统。物联网技术的应用使企业生产安全性更高,企业管理更加省时省力,更加智能。In view of the particularity of chemical products, the control system is established by adopting radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, to implement real time monitoring for transportation vehicles and warehousing of the hazardous chemicals. Considering the importance of safety in chemical production, and aiming at the problems of various productive parameters have not been monitored timely, and on time alarm cannot be provided, the monitoring system based on IOT is built to achieve real time monitoring and warning. The level of automated management for the enterprise is enhanced by adopting IOT technology ; thus the entire chemical enterprise becomes a comprehensiv network management system which integrates safety production, monitoring and warning. Applications of the IOT technology make the safety enterprise production higher; and the management of enterprise more intelligent and time saving.
