摘  要:传统聚甲醛(POM)耐磨研究手段主要集中于短期内材料的摩擦磨损情况,然而在实际应用中耐磨材料使用寿命较长,其性能会随着工作时间的推移而下降,进而加剧摩擦磨损。由此研究了POM在不同对磨条件下的摩擦磨损性能、聚甲醛摩擦磨损性能和其基体热氧降解的关系。结果表明,在摩擦热与空气中氧气的作用下,掺入不同组分抗氧剂的聚甲醛摩擦磨损情况差异较大。The conventional approaches to study the on friction and wear of the materials in the short term. wear resistance of polyoxymethylene (POM) focus However, the actual application of wear resistant materials is in work for a long time, whose performance will decline as the working time and thus the friction and wear will be aggravated. In view of this, this paper studied the friction and wear properties of POM under different grinding conditions and the relationship between the friction and wear properties of POM substrate and thermal oxygen degradation. The results showed that under the effect of friction heat and oxygen in the air, the friction and wear properties of POM with different antioxidants were quite different.
