摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法,以纳米TiO2和含氢硅油(PMHS)为原料,通过硬脂酸对纳米TiO2表面进行改性,然后将改性后TiO2与含氢硅油复合,经机械共混、浸渍提拉、热处理等过程,形成超疏水复合涂层。涂层表面形貌和疏水性采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、热重分析仪、接触角分析仪等进行表征,结果表明,复合涂层表面具有微/纳米双重粗糙结构,与水的静态接触角为155°,滚动角为8°;采用极化曲线和交流阻抗等电化学法对涂层防腐性能进行表征,复合涂层的腐蚀电位相比裸钢片正移了约0.5V,其腐蚀电流密度从裸钢片的9.15×10-4A/cm2下降至8.98×10-6A/cm2,减小了2个数量级,而相比纯PMHS的2.67×10-5A/cm2,减小了1个数量级,显示了较好的防腐蚀性能。Superhydrophobic coatings with polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS) and nano-TiO2 particles as raw materials were prepared by sol-gel method. First, the nano-TiO2 particles were modified by stearic acid. Then the superhydrophobic and anti-corrosive coatings were formed with PMHS and modified TiO2 after mechancial mixing, dip-coating and heat treating. The surface structure and hydrophobicity of the composite coating were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, thermo gravimetric analyzer and contact angle analyzer. The results indicated that the composite coating with micro/nano double rough structure had a static contact angle of 155° and a rolling angle of 8° against water. The corrosion of the composite coating was represented by electrochemical methods such as polarization curve measurement and alternating current impedance apectroscopy. The results showed the TiOJPMHS composite coating had a good anti-corrosion performance: compared with the bare steel substrate, its corrosion potential had a positive shift for about O. 5 V and its corrosion electric current decreased from 9. 15 × 10^-4 A/cm: to 8.98 × 10^-6 A/cm^2, which reduced by over two orders of magnitude; compared with the pure PMHS coating, its corrosion electric current was decreased from 2.67× 10^-5 A/cm^2 to 8.98 × 10^-6 A/cm^2, which reduced by one order of magnitude.
