摘 要:将自制的三聚氰胺羟基亚乙基二膦酸盐(MHEDP)与聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)、聚丙烯(PP)按一定比例制成阻燃聚丙烯,采用极限氧指数测试(LOI)、垂直燃烧测试、热失重分析(TGA)、锥形量热(CONE)、力学性能测试等方法,研究了MHEDP及其复配体系对PP阻燃性能及力学性能的影响。研究表明,当添加12%MHEDP、12%APP、6%MP时,可使PP达到UL94 V-0级(3.2 mm),极限氧指数达到35%,同时保持较好的机械性能。锥形量热测试结果表明,阻燃PP与纯PP相比,热释放速率(HRR)和烟释放速率(SPR)显著下降,说明该阻燃体系能有效控制燃烧过程热量及烟气的释放。The flame retardant polypropylene (PP) was prepared by mixing self-made melaminium hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonate (MHEDP) with ammonium polyphosphate (APP), melamine phosphate (MP) and PP in certain proportion. The effects of MHEDP and the compound flame retardant system on flame retardancy and mechanical performance of the PP system were investigated by method of limited oxygen index (LOI) and vertical burning test, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), cone calorimeter (CONE) and mechanical tests. The results showed that with 12% MHEDP, 12% APP and 6% MP added to PP, the flame retardant PP could achieve UL 94 V-O rating (3.2 mm) and the LOI value was 35%, while the mechanical properties were well maintained. The results of CONE suggested that the flame retardant PP had lower heat release rate (HRR) and smoke release rate (SPR) than the pure PP, which showed the flame retardant system had a good efficiency on decreasing the heat and smoke relief during combustion.
