摘  要:工业生产中铝盐含量测定通常采用分光光度方法,但在钻井现场中存在步骤复杂、可操作性差的问题。将钻井液滤液经前期处理后,可将偏铝酸根转变为铝离子,再用滴定分析法测定滤液中的Al3+含量,从而计算出偏铝酸根的含量,其与二甲酚橙分光光度法比对,绝对误差均在0.01mg/m L以内;将实验室内配制铝盐钻井液为待测样,平行3次测定值的绝对偏差为0.3%,因此滴定分析法可以用于现场定量分析。In industrial production, the aluminum salt content is determined commonly by using spectrophotometric method. But in well drilling field, the operability of the spectrophotometric method is poor. For this reason, it is proposed that the partial aluminate is transformed into aluminum ion through the pretreatment of mud filtrate, then the aluminum ion content is determined using titration analysis method, and finally, the partial aluminate content is calculated according to the aluminum ion content. Compared with XO spectrophotometry, the absolute error of this determination method is less than O.Olmg/mL. Taking the aluminum drilling fluid samples prepared in laboratory as test samples, the average relative error of 3 parallel measuring values is 0.3%. so this determination method can be used for the quantitative analysis of partial aluminate content in well drilling field.
