摘　　要：目的：探讨左旋多巴与左旋多巴片中异构体D－多巴的含量。方法采用HPLC手性流动相添加剂法，以C18色谱柱为分离柱，测定异构体的含量。结果 D－多巴峰与左旋多巴峰的分离度良好，溶液在24h内稳定；7批样品的异构体含量为0．01％～0．06％。结论本方法简便、准确性好、灵敏度高，可以有效地测定左旋多巴与左旋多巴片中异构体含量。OBJECTIVE To Discussion on enantiomer D-dopa content in Levodopa and its tablets.METHODS The content of Levodopa enantiomer was dtetrmined by HPLC method using chiral mobile phase additives in C18 separation column.RESULTS The resolution of levodopa and its enantiomer was good.The solution was stable in 24 hours.The contents of levodopa enantiomer in seven batches samples were between 0.01% and 0.06%.CONCLUSION The method is convenient,accurate and sensitive to be used for determination of enantiomer con-tent in Levodopa and its tablets.
