摘 要:油水两相流中存在非导电物质,对电磁流量计测量结果存在一定影响。在高流速下两相流的测量中,电磁流量计测量中却出现了与低流速时不同的测量结果,该现象在工业生产中一直未得到较满意的解释。介绍了电磁流量计的基本原理,分析了可能影响电磁流量计感应信号的因素。研究了非导电物质对电磁流量计权重函数分布情况的影响,对高流速两相流测量结果进行解释。仿真实验表明,在一定的含水率范围内,流体中的非导电物质半径较小时,对电磁流量计的权重函数影响很小。该研究结果可为两相流电磁流量生产测量提供一定的参考依据。Non-conductive material in the two-phase flow of oil-water often impacts on measurement results of the electromagnetic flowmeter. However, the measurements result of electromagnetic flowmeter is different between low flow rates and high flow rates in the two- phase flow measurements, which has been unable to get a more satisfactory explanation at high flow rates measurement in industrial production. By introducing the principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter, we analyse the factors which could affect the electromagnetic flowmeter sensor signal. We discuss the different non-conductive material impact on weight function distribution of the electromagnetic flowmeter, and the studied results give explanation of measurements result under the high flow speed in the two-phase flow. The simulation experiments show that the non-conductive material hardly affects the electromagnetic flowmeter weight function in a certain range of water ratio. The study could provide a reference for the production and measurements of two-phase flow.
