摘  要:文章通过对Φ460 mm作业区管排锯减震系统、锯片冷却装置及锯齿清洁系统的分析与优化,解决了管排锯在锯切过程中出现锯片迅速升温、变形、剧烈抖动的情况,此类现象的产生,导致了锯片抖动将下部减震板液压缸切坏的事故,同时锯切工作平米数远远达不到原始设计要求,从而阻碍了生产顺利进行,增加了制造成本。In the article,it is introduced the situations which rapid heating-up,deformation and violent vibration of saw bit in process of saw cutting for frame saw for pipes are eliminated through analyzing and optimizing the shock mitigation system of frame saw for pipes,cooling equipment of saw bit and cleaning system of sawtooth. These situations could cause the fault that vibration of saw bit makes hydraulic cylinder of bottom vibration damper plate damaged and area of saw cutting could not meet the requirements of original design far and away so that the smooth productions are hindered and cost of manufacture is increased.
