高炉炉料混装与层装的熔滴性能研究

摘　　要：在实验室进行了球团矿配比从35%到100%的炉料结构熔滴性能试验研究,结果表明,相同炉料结构采用混装比层装有良好的熔滴性能,表现在软熔带位置升高,软熔带变薄,透气性变好。这表明高炉如果采用混装会比层装对高炉更加合理。The experimental study for fusibility of burden structure with the proportioning of pellet of 35% ~ 100% is carried out in laboratory. The results show that the fusibility for burden with mixed loading is better than that for burden with ordinary loading when burden structures are the same,which could be reflected that the cohesive zone is rising,thin and with good breathability,so the burden with mixed loading is more reasonable.
