摘 要:木质纤维素纤维是世界上最大的可再生资源,因其具有较好的吸水性和无定型结构,被广泛应用于水泥基材料中。废纸的主要组成是木质纤维素纤维,兼具了木质纤维素纤维自身的优势,可以考虑作为水泥基材料抗裂纤维来使用。本文以废纸为原料、纤维长度为疏解效率指标,采用正交试验方法确定了最佳的废纸疏解工艺,并根据其特定使用领域,有针对性的研究了几种废纸浆纤维制备的木质纤维素纤维抗碱性、吸水性及其形态尺寸的分布规律。研究结果表明:12%浆浓、温度60℃、疏解时间40 min,碎浆机转速300 r/min的试验条件下,废纸纤维疏解效果最佳;在浓碱条件下,几种再生纤维的α-纤维素得率均在70%以上,抗碱性能较好;新闻纸、牛皮纸和箱板纸浆再生纤维平均长度相近且高于办公纸浆纤维长度;4种木质纤维素纤维的吸水率均在自身重力的6倍左右,基本满足水泥基材料的减缩抗裂使用要求。Lignocellulosic fiber is the world largest resource of renewable energy. It's widely used in cement-based materials because of good water absorption and amorphous structure. Taking waste paper as the raw material and fiber length as an index for evaluating defibering efficieney, the optimum waste paper defibering process was determined by orthogonal test method. According to the specific application field, the study was focused on the lignocellulosic fibers prepared from several kinds of waste paper pulp, involving in alkali resistance, water absorption, and the distribution rule of morphologies and sizes. The results indicated that the optimal pulping conditions were 12% of pulp consistency, 60℃ , 40 rain of operating time and 300 r/min of machine's rotation speed. In addition, the yields of various lignocellulosic fibers soaked in 18% NaOH were higher than 70%, proving higher alkali resistance. The lengths of three kinds of lignocellulose fibers made from waste newsprint, kraft paper and liner board were simi- lar and longer than chancery paper, respectively. The water absorption of every lignocellulosic fiber was about six times of weight basically meeting the shrinkage-reducing and anti-crack requirements of cement-based materials.
