摘　　要：初审是学术论文刊发的第一环节,不仅关系到作者稿件的去留,还会影响到学报刊物的质量、编辑工作的效率。责任编辑在初审稿件时,应该读其精要,审其肌理,并考察其是否在采稿范围;采用多种方法辨识论文的原创性,抵制学术不端行为;从专业视角对文章质量做出初步鉴定,只有这样才可以提高初审的准确性。这对做一名合格的编辑,办好一份高质量的刊物至关重要。The first examination is the first link of publishing an academic paper, which not only affect the future fate of the paper to be adopted or not, but also affect the quality of a journal and the efficiency of a journal publication. A responsi- ble editor in the first examination is to read the essence, examine their textuality, determine whether the paper is in the range of being accepted, identify the paper＇s originality by using a variety of methods, resist academic misconducts and make a pre- liminary identification of the quality from professional perspective, thus improving the precision of the first examination. All these above are vital for a qualified editor to run a real journal.
