摘  要:烧伤作为一种应激原,可引起组织凝血活酶释放入血,激活凝血因子,使血液呈高凝状态。这种血液流变学的改变常成为形成下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的潜在危险。一旦血栓形成,无论血栓位于深静脉的近端还是远端,脱落后都会导致肺血栓栓塞症,从而危及患者生命。血液流变学是研究血液及其有形成分的流动性与形变规律的一门科学,烧伤后血液学指标及凝血指标监测在预防DVT及肺栓塞的发生中具有重要的临床意义。As a kind of stressor,burn can cause coagulation enzymes releasing into the blood,activate clotting factors,and make the blood become hypercoagulable. Such changes of hemorheology often become the potential dangers of deep vein thrombosis( DVT). Once the thrombus is formed,no matter its location is proximal end or distal end of the deep vein,it can lead to pulmonary thromboembolism after falling off,thus endanger the patient's life. Hemorheology is a science that studies on the mobility and deformation rules of blood and its formed elements. It has great clinical significance to prevent DVT and pulmonary embolism by monitoring hematology indexes and cogulation indexes after getting burned.
