基层医院病原微生物检测及多重耐药菌情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解简阳市人民医院临床标本送检情况,并对病原菌进行耐药分析,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法使用法国生物梅里埃VITEK2-Compact全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果全院共送病原微生物检测标本11 353份,检出病原微生物2263株,阳性率为19.93%。多重耐药菌539株,占检出菌株的23.82%。结论微生物实验室与医院感染监测部门适时对病原微生物耐药情况做出总结分析,对于指导临床合理使用抗菌药物非常重要。Objective To investigate the situation of clinical samples test in Jianyang People＇ s Hospital,and analyze on the drug resistance of pathogenic microorganisms,so as to provide basis for clinical use of antibiotics. Methods VITEK 2-Compact of Bio Merieux was used to identify bacterial strains and their antimicrobial susceptibilities. Results A total of 2263 strains of pathogenic microorganism had been identified out of 11 353 samples,the positive rate is 19. 93%. And 539 strains were confirmed of multiple drug-resistant bacteria,which accounted for 23. 82% of pathogenic microorganisms. Conclusion It is important for the microbiology laboratory and nosocomial infection monitoring departments to timely analyze on the antibiotic resistance of pathogenic microorganisms in order to provide guidance for the rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice.
