生态学视域中的大学质量文化建设——促进学生充分发展和生态和谐

摘　　要：以生态学的视角,大学就是生命主体和非生命要素构成的生态系统,生命主体通过条件资源的分配与占有,知识的传递与获得,构成复杂的生态网络;大学的质量文化,是以学生发展质量为核心的、重视所有生命发展质量的生态和谐的质量文化;运用生态学的理论、思维方式和分析方法,解读了大学质量文化建设的原则与途径:坚持目的性——重视顶层设计;坚持关联性——把制度体系建设作为总抓手;坚持动态性——持之以恒,一以贯之;坚持整体性——营造价值统一的校园氛围;坚持平衡性——促进生态和谐发展;坚持持续改进——建立监测、评价、反馈系统。From the perspective of Ecology,university is kind of ecosystem composed by the sub- jects and non-life elements,and the complex ecological network is constructed by the subjects through the resources distribution and possession,the knowledge transmission and acquisition. And the university quality culture is developed with the core of students＇ development,and values the ecological harmony of all subjects＇ cultural development quality. With the application of theories,ways of thinking and analysis methods in Ecology, the principles and approaches in university quality culture construction are interpreted from the following aspects：to adhere to the purposefulness-stressing the top design;to persist in connection-taking the system construction as a general starting point;to adhere to the dynam- ic nature-perseverance and consistency;to hold on to the wholeness-creating a value-unified campus atmosphere;to keep balance-promoting the harmonious development of ecology;to stick at the continual improvement-establishing a monitoring,evaluation and feedback system.
