凸侧胸廓成形术在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸畸形中的应用

摘　　要：青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)所伴发的"剃刀背"畸形是导致患者及其家属就诊的主要原因之一,也是诊断脊柱侧凸的重要体征,影响着脊柱矫形手术的术后满意度,有时显得比脊柱侧凸畸形矫形更为重要。凸侧胸廓成形术是传统的矫正"剃刀背"畸形疗效确切的手术方式,其可获得更好的术后满意度,且不会对患者的肺功能造成损害。该文就凸侧胸廓成形术在AIS伴发"剃刀背"矫正手术中的应用进行综述。The Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis（ AIS） associated ″razor back″deformity is one of the most noticeable problems of cosmetic concern to families and patients,and the major sign to diagnose the scoliosis, that it impacts the postoperative satisfaction degree of the patients.Therefore,correction of such rib hump deformity sometimes seems more important than the correction of scoliosis .The convex side thoracoplasty is a traditional operation method to correct the ″razor back″deformity,with definite curative effect,it can bring satisfactory clinical outcomes without damage to the pulmonary function .Here is to make a review of the application of convex side thoracoplasty in the correction of ″razor back″deformity in patients with AIS.
