摘　　要：碎裂QRS波(f QRS)是近期提出的一项重要的心电图新概念,f QRS波对陈旧性心肌梗死有重要的诊断价值。随着相关研究的不断深入,f QRS波在急性心肌梗死、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死、室壁瘤、Brugada综合征、心律失常、心脏再同步化治疗等心血管领域中的地位不断提升,而健康人群中亦可发现f QRS波。Fragmented QRS（fQRS）,as a newly described concept in recent years,plays a vital impor-tant role in electrocardiogram field.It has been shown that fQRS on electrocardiogram has significantly diag-nostic value in patients with old myocardial infarction .With the deepening of relevant studies,the diagnostic value of fQRS in other cardiovascular fields, such as acute myocardial infarction,non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, ventricular aneurysm, Brugada syndrome, arrhythmia and cardiac resynchronization therapy,has been recognized gradually.fQRS could also be found in healthy population.
