摘　　要：重点探讨了农村多层商品住宅楼建设中存在的主要问题,针对统筹规划滞后、用地结构不合理、忽视住区环境、缺乏节能意识等问题给出了相应的解决策略,以完善农村多层商品住宅楼建设。This paper emphatically discussed the major problems of rural multi-storey commercial residential building construction, according to the overall planning lagging behind, unreasonable land structure, ignore the residential environment, lack the awareness of saving energy and oth- er problems gave corresponding strategies, in order to improve the rural multi-storey commercial residential building construction.
