摘  要:采用浸渍法制备了Na F掺杂Ti O2催化剂,研究了碱性橙溶液的初始浓度、Na F的掺杂比例、催化剂的投加量、催化剂的烧结温度以及光照时间等对可见光光催化降解碱性橙的影响.XRD、TGDSC和DRS表征结果发现,Na F掺杂后,会使Ti O2具有良好的结晶度,可以抑制锐钛矿向金红石的转变,提高锐钛矿的含量,吸收边有所蓝移,这些都有助于改善光催化活性.通过TOC测定和紫外-可见光谱可知,随着反应的进行,碱性橙中的氮氮双键及苯环结构遭到破坏,发生矿化反应,可能被降解为无机小分子.The catalysts of Ti O2 doped with Na F were prepared by impregnation method. The factors having influence on the photocatalytic degradation of basic orange on Na F / Ti O2 under the visible light,such as the initial concentration of basic orange,the doping ratio of Na F,the dosage of catalysts,the sintering temperature of the catalysts and the illumination time were investigated. The XRD,TG-DSC and DRS characterization results suggested that,after doping with Na F,Ti O2 had good crystallinity,higher anatase content and the absorption edge ranged to short wave,all this would contribute to the improve of photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic degradation process of basic orange was studied by the TOC determination and the UV-visible spectrum. The results showed that the double bond of the nitrogen and the benzene ring structure were fractured gradually and then might be mineralized to small inorganic molecules.
