2013年玉溪市市区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量检测

摘　　要：目的了解玉溪市市区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量状况,为提高医疗机构消毒管理水平提供依据。方法 2013年8-11月采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对玉溪市市区26所医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果进行检测。结果共检测395份,合格372份,总合格率94.18%。公立医院合格率95.83%,民营医院合格率93.23%（P〉0.05）。各项检测对象中,公立医院的无菌器械、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、消毒内镜合格率为100.00%,物体表面和使用中消毒液合格率95.00%,医护人员手合格率94.44%,空气和紫外线灯辐照强度合格率90.00%;民营医院的物体表面、使用中消毒液、消毒内镜合格率100.00%,无菌器械、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、空气、紫外线灯辐照强度、医护人员手合格率依次为97.62%、97.22%、92.31%、87.93%、81.82%。结论玉溪市区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量总体较好,医务人员手卫生执行力有待提高。Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions,Yuxi city,so as to provide the basis for improving management level of disinfection in medical institutions. Methods During August-November,2013,the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization of 26 medical institutions in Yuxi city were monitored by field sampling and laboratory methods. Results Of 395 monitored,372 were qualified,and the total qualified rate was94.18%.The qualified rate was 95.83%in public hospitals,and 93.23%in private hospitals（P 〉0.05）.In the detected objects,the qualified rate was 100.00%in sterile instruments,steam pressure sterilization effect and disinfection of endoscope,the qualified rate was 95.00%in object surface and disinfectants in use,the qualified rate was 94.44%in hands of medical staff and the qualified rate was 90.00%in air and ultraviolet radiation intensity in public hospitals.The qualified rate was 100.00%in object surface,disinfectants in use and disinfection of endoscope,the qualified rate of sterile instruments,steam pressure sterilization effect,air,ultraviolet radiation intensity and hands of medical staff was 97.62%,97.22%,92.31%,87.93% and 81.82%respectively in private hospitals. Conclusion The overall quality of monitoring of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions of Yuxi city is good,it is needed to improve the disinfection quality of medical staff hand hygiene execution.
