摘 要:通过分子设计,采用本体聚合技术,制备出一种新型多功能聚合物助剂,并对新型助剂进行了表征和应用研究。结果表明:合成的新型助剂分子上具有强极性基团和反应活性基团,并显示出优良的热稳定性能。本助剂在聚丙烯(PP)/滑石粉复合材料应用中对无机填料起到了分散、偶联、相容及润滑的作用,从而影响了PP复合材料的流变性能,提高了复合材料的流动性,改善了复合材料的表面光泽性。这些性能的提高和改善主要与助剂对无机填料在基础树脂中的分散状态有关。Based on the molecular design, a novel kind of multi-functional polymeric processing agent is synthesized by the use of the bulk polymerized technology, and the application and characterization of this agent are also done in this paper The results show that there are some polar groups and reactive groups on the molecules of this novel agent, and the agent shows very excellent thermal stability. The special structure of the agent results in its lubricating, coupling,compatibility and dispersing functions. The addition of the agent has some effects on the rheological behaviors of polypropylene/ talc powder composites, and improves the processing flow ability and surface properties of the composites. Properties improvement of the composites is related to the dispersion of fillers in the polymeric matrix.
