摘  要:以开式液体静压导轨为研究对象,建立了开式液体静压导轨流量控制系统的数学模型,并对控制系统的稳定性进行分析.将PID控制、极点配置和神经网络智能算法用于导轨流量控制系统中,运用Matlab/Simulink软件对流量控制系统的性能进行仿真,并通过实验验证静压导轨流量控制系统的节能调速效果.结果表明,神经网络PID控制器与极点配置PID控制器和传统PID控制器相比,具有更好的动态响应性能和更高的控制精度,更能满足机床静压导轨流量控制的要求.变频调速具有很好的节能调速作用.This paper studied the open hydrostatic guide,established the mathematical model of the flow con-trol system of open hydrostatic guide,and analyzed the system stability. PID control,Pole assignment and neural network intelligence algorithm were used in the system. The performance of flow control system is sim-ulated by the Simulink module in Matlab. The effects of energy saving and speed regulation of flow control system were verified by experiments. The results show that neural network PID controller has better dynamic response performance and higher control accuracy than Pole assignment PID controller and ordinary PID con-troller,which can better meet the requirements of flow control of machine hydrostatic slide. Frequency con-trol has good functions on energy saving and speed regulation.
