咸阳市土地利用变化及其驱动力研究

摘　　要：通过对咸阳市土地利用变化及其驱动力分析,旨在解决当前咸阳市经济发展与用地矛盾,为咸阳市土地可持续利用与发展以及城市建设规划提供借鉴.利用2002—2006年咸阳市土地变更调查数据和咸阳市统计年鉴数据,分析研究此期间土地变化趋势及土地利用变化驱动因子,进而建立土地利用变化驱动力指标体系,利用软件进行分析,寻找出驱动土地利用变化的因素;采用定量分析与定性分析结合,研究各个主要驱动因素.研究表明:咸阳市土地利用变化的主要驱动因子为人口、经济发展、农业发展水平.The paper made an analysis of the land use changes and its driving forces in Xianyang city,aiming to solve the contradiction of land use and economic development of Xianyang city at present,providing refer-ences for the sustainable use and development and urban planning for Xianyang city. Using the land change survey data and statistical yearbook data of Xianyang city from 2002 to 2006,analysis was made on the tend-ency and driving factors of land use change,and the indicator system of the land use change driving factors was established,using software to analyze,the factors to drive the land use changes were found out;com-bined with the quantitative and qualitative analysis,the main driving factors were studied. The results show that the main driving factors of land use change in Xianyang city are the population,economic development and agriculture development level.
