摘 要:跨区电力交易已成为电力系统发展趋势之一,在华北—华中互联电网的跨区电力交易结算中出现了大量偏差电量,对交易工作产生了不利影响。在跨区交易机制和历史交易数据基础上总结了偏差电量的计算方法,分析了其对交易相关方经济利益、结算公平性等产生的不利影响,认为偏差电量产生原因在于系统内发用电不平衡和管理因素设置不当,并从技术和管理2方面提出了减小偏差电量的对策。Interregional electricity trade has become one of the trends in power system development.A large amount of power deviation has occurred in power trading in the operation of UHVAC system,which has some adverse effects on the trade.Then,based on the running mechanism of the UHVAC system and the historical transaction data,the calculation process of the power deviation is summarized,and its adverse effects on the economic interests of the parties and the fairness of settlement is analyzed.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the causes of power deviation lies in two aspects:one is the imbalance between power generation and electricity consumption in the UHAVC,the other is improper configuration of management factor in power grid.Finally,the managerial and technical countermeasures are put forward to reduce the power deviation.
