摘　　要：中巴经济走廊建设是我国适应经济全球化新形势、推进全方位对外开放战略所采取的新战略举措,也是新丝绸之路建设构想的重要组成部分。喀什作为走廊建设的核心区、桥头堡和廊桥,中巴经济走廊建设将给新疆喀什带来史无前例的发展机遇。本文围绕中巴经济走廊建设提出的背景、意义,走廊建设所创造的机遇和如何抓住机遇,对中巴经济走廊建设框架下喀什的跨越发展问题做一探讨,提出相关政策建议。Sino-Pakistan economic corridor construction is a new strategic measure to make China adapt to the new situation of the economic globalization and promote all-directional opening-up strategy, and is also an important part of the new Silk Road con- struction idea. Kashgar is the core area, the bridgehead and the corridor of the construction, so the construction of Sino-Pakistan eco- nomic corridor will bring Kashgar Xinjiang an unprecedented development opportunity. Around the background and significance of the construction of Sino-Pakistan economic corridor, the paper discusses how to seize the opportunity to realize the leap-forward devel- opment in Kashgar under the construction of Sino-Pakistan economic corridor, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
