摘　　要：物流服务创新已成为物流企业摆脱同质性竞争,增加增值服务,扩大市场份额,实现顾客价值与企业价值增值的有效途径,评价物流企业服务创新能力也就显得必要而且紧迫.在总结现有研究成果的基础上,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判方法对企业的服务创新能力进行了评价,权重结果显示物流企业的服务资源投入能力、服务研发能力、学习与成长能力对增强物流企业服务创新能力具有重要的意义.Logistics service innovation has become an effective way for logistics enterprises to get rid of homogeneous competition, increase value-added services, and expand market share. Hence, it is necessary and urgent to evaluate it. Then, based on the summarization of the exist- ing research results, we built the index system and adopted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation meth- od to evaluate the logistics service innovation. The results showed that the logistics enterprise service resources input capablity. Service research and development ability, and learning and growth capability were important for logistics service innovation.
