摘　　要：《建设项目竣工环境保护验收技术规范输变电工程》(HJ 705—2014)自2015年1月1日起正式实施,该标准为首次发布。在介绍该标准制定的必要性和意义的基础上,从电磁环境验收标准、验收调查原则与方法、分类与范围、验收监测工况、环境保护目标调查、环境保护措施调查等方面对标准主要内容作了解读,并就开展验收调查需关注的问题提出了意见。Released for the first time, Technical Regulations for Environmental Check and Acceptance of Completed Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Projects （HJ 705--2014） takes effect on 1/1/2015. Besides introducing its necessity and significance, this paper also interprets it in terms of electromagnetic environment acceptance standard, principles and methods of acceptance investigation, classification and scope, working conditions of acceptance monitoring, investigation of environmental protection targets and measures of environmental protection. Furthermore, suggestions on acceptance investigation which need to be noticed are proposed.
