摘  要:从建设项目生态环境影响评价对遥感技术的需求入手,无人机遥感技术具有成本低、影像精度高、实时性强、机动灵活等优点,可作为生态环境影响评价的一种重要技术手段。探讨了无人机遥感技术在大型建设项目:水利工程、矿产开发、道路建设等生态环境影响评价中的应用,提出了无人机遥感系统在生态环境影响评价中应用的可行性,并指出理论与实证中存在的问题及将来发展趋势。Starting from the demand for remote sensing technology in eco-environmental impact assessment of construction projects,unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) remote sensing technology will become an important technical means due to its advantages including low cost,high image accuracy,real-time and high mobility. Presented in this paper is a critical review on research and application of this technology in eco-environmental impact assessment in large-scale construction projects,especially in the fields of hydraulic engineering,mineral development and road construction. In addition,the feasibility of using UAV remote sensing system in the application of ecoenvironmental impact assessment, and the future development trend in theoretical research and empirical application are also pointed out.
