围术期心理护理对腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者性功能影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期心理护理对腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者性功能的影响。方法将80例腹腔镜下子宫全切术患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予术前、术中、术后心理护理,比较两组患者女性性功能评估量表(BISF-W)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分。结果两组患者术前1 d HAMA、SAS和BISF-W各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组出院前1 d HAMA、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月观察组BISF-W各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期心理护理可显著缓解腹腔镜下子宫全切术对患者性功能造成的短期影响,改善患者焦虑情绪,值得临床重视。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative psychological nursing care on the sexual in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods A total of 80 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given conventional care, psychological nursing before operation, during operation, after operation.The Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women（BISF-W）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） score were compared between the two groups. Results In the 1 day before operation, the score of HAMA,SAS and BISF-W of the two groups were no significant dimensions（P〉0.05）;in the 1 day before discharge, the obser vation group HAMA, SAS scores were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;6 months after surgery, BISF-W scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing care can significantly relieve the short-term effects of laparoscopic uterine total resection of the sexual function of patients, to improve the anxiety of patients, and is worthy of attention.
