鼻内窥镜下鼻甲部分切除术中CTGF表达的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨结缔组织生长因子（connective tissue growth factor，CTGF）表达和下鼻甲部分切除术后下鼻甲增生的关系。方法通过鼻内窥镜手术取下鼻甲组织部分黏膜，通过免疫纽化法对标本进行抗人CTGF抗体染色。高倍光镜下应用高清晰数码相机拍照，通过ImageJ图像分析系统对标本阳性细胞进行光密度测定。根据患者鼻腔通气情况和经鼻内窥镜检查下鼻甲情况将术后3个月患者分为两组，复发组为Am，改善组为B组，将两组患者光密度检查结果通过SPSS统计软件分析。结果A组患者标本CTGF光密度值大于B组，P=0．0253〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论下鼻甲黏膜CTGF表达增加可能是导致下鼻甲部分切除术后患者鼻甲再次肥大的重要原因之一。Objective Our test is to discover the correlation between the CTGF and hyperplasia of infraturbinal alter partial inferior atrbinectomy. Methods Samples were collected from the infraturbinal during nasal endoscopic surgery.Through immtmohistochemistry The slices were stained with anti-human CTGF.Then we take photos under the high power lens. The optical density through the ImageJ analyse system was analyzed. After 3 months after the operation, we departed the patients to 2 groups on the basis of nasal ventilation and the patients＇ feeling, The recurrence group name A, and the improvement group named B .The data was analyzed by SPSS statistics software. Results The intensity of CTGF in A group was higher than group B P=0.0253〈0.05. Conclusion The intensity of CTGF expression in infraturbinal increase may be one of the reason of hypertrophic inferior turbinate recurrenceafter nasal endoscopic surgery.
