摘 要:目的探究乌司他丁、羟乙基淀粉对保护肠黏膜控制内毒素(ET)通过通透性增强的肠壁进入循环血液的作用。方法健康雄性大鼠85只,随机分为正常对照组(Ⅰ组,n=5)、重度休克组(Ⅱ组,n=40)、羟乙基淀粉乌司他丁干预重度休克复苏组(Ⅲ组,n=40),后两组又分为5个时相点,即1h、2h、4h、8h、16h,各时间点8只大鼠。采用比色法检测二胺氧化酶(DAO)表达变化。采用光度法检测ET表达变化。结果Ⅲ组从复苏开始DAO含量即较Ⅱ组低近1倍,而且8hⅡ组达到了最高峰,而Ⅲ纽却急速下降。两纽比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。各组内不同时间点之间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Ⅲ组的血清ET于1h时虽然较正常含量仍高出34倍之多,但较Ⅱ组要低近1倍,至16h时几乎接近了正常含量,两组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。各组内不同时间点之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论ET、DAO含量测定是判断小肠通透性改变的敏感性指标。羟乙基淀粉乌司它丁对于降低重度创伤-失血性休克后大鼠血中ET、DAO含量具有显著性效果。Objective To explore the effect of ulinastatin, hydroxyethyl starch on the protection of intestinal mucosal permeability.Methods Choose healthy male SD rats - 85 only normal control Group ( divided into two groups at random, I - Group, n=5 ) , severe shock Group ( Group-Ⅱ, n=40 ) , Hydroxyethyl Starch and MLinastain for injection intervention severe shock to recovery Group ( Group-Ⅲ, n=40 ) , hind two groups and divided into five time phase point, namely lh, 2h, 4h, 8h, 16h, each time points, eight rats. Results Group Ⅲ from recovery to begin DAO levels than group II nearly 1 times lower, and 8h II group reached its peak, and group Ⅲ was falling rapidly. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P〈0.01 ) . Between different time points in each group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The serum ET Ⅲ group in 1H was normal in content is still as much as 34 times higher than in group Ⅱ, but lower than the nearly 1 times, to 16h is close to a normal content. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P〈0.01 ) . Between different time points in each group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion Determination of the content of ET, DAO is to determine the sensitivity of intestinal permeability change index. The effects of hydroxyethyl starch it Ding to reduce severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock ET, DAO content in the blood of the rats after significant effect.
