数字化新媒体时代突发公共事件政府新闻发布的路径选择——以网络化治理为视角

摘　　要：随着风险社会各类公共安全事件的频发以及数字化新媒体的崛起,使突发公共事件政府新闻发布面临挑战。对此,本文认为应以数字化革命和消费者需求等网络化治理理论为依据,从新闻发布平台的选择和新闻发布修辞模式的变化来重构政府的新闻发布路径,以提高政府新闻发布的效率和传播效果。With the high frequency of various kinds of public security events in the risk society and the rise of the new digital media,the government public emergency press release faces challenges.Therefore, this paper holds that we should use the network governance theories such as the digital revolution and consumer requirements as the basis to reconstruct the government press release path from the choice of the news release platforms and the rhetoric changes of the news release,in order to improve the government news release efficiency and the propagation effect.
