摘　　要：城市房价虚高对当前经济社会发展产生了巨大的影响。利益相关者理论与治理城市虚高房价存在着内在的逻辑关联。利益相关者理论不仅可以解释城市房价虚高的致因,也给治理城市虚高房价带来了理论启示。The artificially high city house prices have a great influence on the economic and social development.There exists an inherent logic relation between the stakeholder theory and the governance of the artificially high city house prices.The stakeholder theory can not only explain the causes of the artificially high city house prices,but also bring theoretical enlightenment to the governance of the artificially high city house prices.
