前列腺电切联合膀胱颈切开治疗前列腺增生合并糖尿病临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺增生合并糖尿病的有效治疗方法。方法:应用经尿道前列腺电切加膀胱颈切开术(TURP+TUIBN)治疗前列腺增生合并糖尿病25例。结果:术后平均随访6个月,1例出现膀胱颈挛缩,经尿道扩张治愈,1例急性附睾炎,无严重并发症。结论:TURP+TUIBN治疗前列腺增生合并糖尿病具有较好疗效,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effects of transurethral prostatectomy combined with transurethral bladder neck incision（ TURP﹢TUIBN）were adopted to the patients with prostatic hyperplasia with diabetes. Method TURP﹢TUIBN were adopted to 25 BPH patients com-plicated DM. Results Twenty-five patients were followed-up for 4 to 9 months with a mean of 6 months. 1 cases of bladder neck contrac-ture,cured by urethral expansion,1 case of Acute epididymitis,No patients suffered from the serious complications. Conclusion TURP com-bined with TUIBN is the optimal treatment for the patients of prostatic hyperplasia with DM.
