摘 要:由于泵驱动回路热管换热机组具有低耗能、高能效比(EER)的特点,为了将该机组更好地应用于小型数据中心,对某小型数据中心散热用泵驱动回路热管换热机组的运行性能进行研究,拟合出其换热特性曲线,并通过拟合曲线对其进行节能性分析.分析结果表明,在过渡季节及冬季,当室外温度低于15℃时,采用氟泵系统对数据中心机房进行散热能满足室内负荷要求并具有良好的节能效果,与之前的采用空调散热相比节省电能至少达到36.57%.The pumped loop heat pipe heat exchanger unit consumes low energy and has a high energy efficiency ratio( EER). For a better application of small data centers,this paper studied the operating performance of a pumped loop heat pipe heat exchanger unit that was used in a small data center. The operating characteristic curve was fitted and the result showed that EER varied with outdoor temperature and then an energy saving analysis was made according to the curve fitting. Results show that in the transitional and winter seasons,the pumped system can meet the heat load and get a good energy saving effect when the outdoor temperature is below 15 ℃,and it can achieve at least 36. 57% energy saving compared with the way of using air-conditioning for cooling.
