摘　　要：从物流公共信息平台的建设角度进行分析,结合其自身的四个层面,分别从基础建设、系统技术、应用技术及安全技术进行指标体系的构建。在结合"物流公共信息平台建设的核心是交换,标准是基础"的同时,采用改进的灰色关联度法对三个物流公共信息平台进行评价,以实现指标体系构建的应用价值。In this paper, from the perspective of the construction of the logistics public information platform and in view of the four layers of the platform, we built the corresponding index system from the aspects of fundamental development, system technology, application of technology and security technology, and at last, adopted the improved grey correlation analysis to evaluate the three instances of logistics public information platforms.
