摘　　要：研究快递传递的全过程及各环节的时间节点信息,通过对大量时间节点数据的分析,揭示出快递运行在各环节的衔接、处理时长、处理频次等关键因素对快递传递速度的制约作用。提出了适用于快递业调查的非均匀时点类数据调查与分析方法。In this paper, we studied the whole express delivery process and the time point information for the various links, then through a voluminous analysis of time point data, unveiled the restrictive effects of the key factors in the express delivery process, such as connectivity of the links, the processing duration and frequency, etc., on the speed of the express delivery, and at the end, proposed a data survey and analysis method suitable for the nonuniform time point data of the express delivery industry.
