摘　　要：针对业主对沥青混合料搅拌设备在生产前的验收监管问题,从前期进场和配料系统的调试两个方面探讨了对沥青混合料搅拌设备前期验收的有效方法,为业主及监管单位在公路施工中对沥青混合料搅拌设备的监管提供参考。通过对沥青混合料搅拌设备进行施工前验收和计量标定,可及时发现问题并进行维修或整改,从而避免后续的施工作业中因搅拌设备的问题而影响施工质量和进度。Aimed at the problems that the proprietary might encounter while checking and supervising the asphalt mixing plant before the production process, effective methods for acceptance check of asphalt mixing plant were discussed in aspects of entering the construction site and debugging of batching system, which provides reference to the supervision of the plant for proprietary and management. Problems could be fixed in time by doing acceptance check and measurement calibration, and so as to keep construction quality and schedule from being affected by the failure of asphalt mixing plant.
