摘  要:利用FLUENT软件对某水下气动发射模型发射过程的内流场特性进行了仿真研究。基于标准κ-ε湍流模式和轴对称模型进行了瞬态内流场分析。使用自定义函数和动态层网格更新方法,对因阀开启和武器运动引起的内流场边界的变化进行了模拟。通过对发射气瓶在不同初压条件下的内流场仿真,分析了内弹道参数随时间的变化规律和发射装置内流场压强的空间分布规律。最后进行了水池发射试验,验证了仿真分析方法的有效性。The internal flow field of an underwater pneumatic launcher model was numerically studied using FLUENT. Standard κ-ε turbulent flow model and axisymmetric model were used in the transient simulation. The boundary changes of the flow field caused by the moving of the valve and the weapon were considered with UDF ( User Define Function) and dynamic mesh technique. Four dif- ferent air-bottle pressure levels were discussed as examples and the changes with time of the interior ballistics were analyzed, as well as the spatial pressure distribution within the launch tube. Finally, the effectiveness of the simulation analysis was validated by the launch- ing experiments carried out in a water tank.
